Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Zajil is a booking platform operated by iTrobes Technologies (“we”, “us”). These terms apply both to guests who book treatments through Zajil and to the salons, spas and clinics (“businesses”) that use it to run their appointments.

What Zajil does, and what it does not do

Each business on Zajil is independent. It sets its own treatments, prices, opening hours, staff and policies, and it provides the treatment itself. When you book, your appointment is with that business. We provide the software that carries the booking, takes any payment on the business’s behalf, and sends the confirmations and reminders.

We do not employ therapists, we do not set treatment prices, and we do not decide who a business will accept as a guest.

Your account

You need an account to book. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in credentials to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. A business may have its own age requirements for particular treatments.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

A booking is confirmed when you see it confirmed in the app or on the page — not when you submit the request. If a slot is taken while you are booking, we will tell you and offer what is still free.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set by the business you booked with, not by us. That includes any deposit, late-cancellation charge or no-show charge. If something goes wrong with a treatment, raise it with the business first — they provided it. We will help where we can.

Payments

Where a business takes payment through Zajil, it is handled by a certified payment provider; we do not store your card details. Prices shown include VAT where the business has configured it that way. Any refund is made by the business, through the same provider, according to its own policy.

Reviews

You can review a treatment you actually had. Reviews should be your own honest experience of that visit. We may hide or remove a review that is not — for example one that is abusive, identifies someone without their consent, is about something other than the treatment, or was not left by a guest who attended.

Using the service fairly

Do not use Zajil to:

  • make bookings you do not intend to keep, or book on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge;
  • attempt to reach another business’s guests, bookings or takings;
  • copy, scrape or resell the platform’s content;
  • interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will say why.

For businesses using Zajil

A business is responsible for the accuracy of what it publishes — treatments, prices, hours and staff — and for the lawfulness of what it records about its guests. It remains the controller of its own guest records; we hold them on its behalf, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. A plan changes only after that payment is taken. A business can export its own data at any time, and keeps it if it stops using Zajil.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Zajil after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
